Tanna was a great representative for my wife and I as we looked to purchase our first home. She made us feel comfortable with the process and educated us on steps that needed to be taken to make the purchase. As a first time buyer there are naturally nerves that ensue, and Tanna put us at ease with her knowledge of the industry. In determining whether or not we would purchase the home she was not at all pushy or persistent that we buy, but rather supportive of the decision that we were most comfortable with. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. Extremely easy to work with and seems to genuinely represent clients with the best intentions at heart.
I found Tanna on Zillow after my first attempt of buying a new home alone after many years wasn’t successful. Tanna has a trusted network that helped her to help me find a new townhome in the new development area which I don’t know existed. The rest is history. Working with Tanna through this whole buying and building a new home process was great. Her expertise and experience have made the buying process less stressful and a seamless experience. I don’t know if I was able to buy and build the new home without her help as I am a busy professional. I would recommend Tanna to anyone who looks to move into a new home. I have enjoyed working with her because of her enthusiasm and professionalism.

Tanna has been amazing to work with. With how the market in Park City has been, finding the right place took some time. Tanna worked with me for several months, showed me close to 20 places, and prepared multiple offers on my behalf. She got to know my styles and taste and sent regular searches and postings my way. Tanna offered a solid reference for a mortgage company and made closing as seamless as possible. And best of all, Tanna was always smiling, pleasant to be around, and available as a sounding board for my thoughts on properties.

I’m still blown away by how responsive she was throughout the entire process; she showed us countless (yes, I literally lost count) homes, and often did so with almost no advance notice. She was ALWAYS pleasant, upbeat, and positive; we bonded quickly and laughed often! She really took the time to get to know us and figure out what we wanted in a home, and encouraged us to think outside the box at times, which was great.
